“ Had a wonderful time at Meat Project. There is free parking in a garage right behind the restaurant for retail stores. The food was outstanding. The service was very attentive. Kudos for the service! The atmosphere is what you would expect at any Korean BBQ restaurant. Overall the most notable aspects of this restaurant is the food and the service. Simply outstanding! Enjoy ! ”
“ Strongly recommend! Great food! Awesome service! Andrew was fantastic! Free parking nearby. My taste in music is a little different... the only reason for less than 5 stars. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. ”
“ My second visit to the restaurant, left satisfied just like the first time. We were served by Daniel C, who was friendly and attentive. Variety of food to make all four of us full happily bulgogi, brisket, shrimp and squid. ”
“ Weve been going to Meat Project in Centreville for years and were so excited to learn that they opened a location in Dunn Loring which is literally 5 mins from our house! Sucks that they raised the price to 35 pp from 30 but with the economy and increased costs of everything, I totally get it. This is still my favorite Korean bbq ayce joint. Many other restaurants charge for extra soybean soup , steamed egg corn cheese but Meat Project doesnt! I love their soup, corn cheese all the side dishes. I love their sauces too, green one is my favorite. The best thing about this place is that they have ribeye steak, galbi, pork jowl, gopchang and shrimp, all included in just 1 ayce price. Definitely will be going back! ”
“ We had a wonderful experience at the Meat Project for a large party of around ten people. They sat us quickly and the servers were very attentive. The sauces they give you are very good. We started our meal with the spicy pork and dry aged ribeye both were fantastic! For our second course we tried the bulgogi and the galbi and they were amazing. My companions tried the fried squid and said it was great. We also got salad and cheesey corn which were both great. Highly recommend if you are a fan of Korean BBQ! ”
“ Got the rare chance to have a quiet late lunch here as the only patron. Meat quality and meat options were really good for the price. My favorite is the brisket. Their banchan is very thoughtful love the potato salad, spring onion salad and the soybean soup is not salty. I throw any leftover rice and meat into the soup ... so good on a winter day. Thank you for always being so attentive with service. ”
“ Do over!! We rate a meal on whether its worth doing again. Having had the opportunity to live i. South Korea we love to find the Korean restaurant. The Meat Project Korean BBQ is just the place. The grill plate is fired up and you select your meats. The table is set with cucumber and cabbage kimchi, marinated sprouts with corn and a Mash potato scoop. A corn cheese is a delicious side dish. Top choice for us was is the Korean short rib and bulgogi. We also sampled the spicy octopus and whole shrimp, which is a lot of work will pass on that selection in the future. Brisket is more like a thin bacon. At first I thought it was a frozen shaved beef. Rib eye was ok took a little longer to cook. Also got the marinated chicken. The staff can seat upto 8 comfortably for the larger group. We were fortunate to be sat with Mason as our server, extremely attentative to meats, side dishes and drinks. The atmosphere has a lot of hard surface which can lend it to a higher noise level, but clean! Around the corner is a short walk to garage parking which is well lit, driving a truck, you can make it work. If you leave hungry thats your fault!! ”
“ We have tried many Korean BBQ restaurants in the DMV area, and this one is one of the best. We also visited its another location in Centreville, but this one is better as it is closer to us and newly opened, and the ambiance is clean. Despite being busy and our server having to attend to other tables, he did his best to assist us. The food quality is good, considering it is an allyoucaneat place. The side dishes were fresh and tasty, too. We are satisfied with the food and plan to go back soon. ”
